(UPDATE)-( According to TMZ, The Ultimate Warrior was walking to his car from his Arizona Hotel room, he then collapsed and was taken to the hospital, where they pronounced him dead.)
No details on how he has passed, but fans have allready took to twitter speculating that he committed suicide and used his promo on WWE's Monday Night Raw, as his suicide note.
WWE superstars have sent their regards via social mania, shortly after the news of Ultimate Warrior's passing. "Devastated to hear of the passing of the Ultimate Warrior,"said Chris Jericho on his Twitter account. "He was a childhood hero of mine and he vs. Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania 6 is still one of the best ever."

WWE is shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of the most iconic WWE Superstars ever, The Ultimate Warrior. Warrior began his WWE career in 1987 and quickly went on to become one of the biggest stars in WWE history. Warrior became WWE Champion at WrestleMania VI, defeating Hulk Hogan in an epic encounter. We are grateful that just days ago, Warrior had the opportunity to take his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame and was also able to appear at WrestleMania 30 and Monday Night Raw to address his legions of fans. WWE sends its sincere condolences to Warrior’s family, friends and fans. Warrior was 54 and is survived by his wife Dana and
his two daughters. The Ultimate Warrior was just inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Saturday before appearing at Wrestlemania 30 . His appearance on WWE Raw, Monday night was his first since 1996, before leaving the company for WCW.
